Slow coffee refers to coffee that has been made "slowly" and through a filter. The advantage of slow coffee over other methods is that the slower brewing time brings out the rich taste nuances and natural sweetness of the coffee, which means that when drinking high-quality coffee, you do not need to add sugar or milk.

In addition, it is extremely easy to prepare and is also lighter for the body.
PS: up to 10% more caffeine compared to machine coffee!
