Finca Martin

The area of Huehuetenango is often filled with the dry and hot winds, coming from the Mexican Tehuantepec lowlands. These winds allow the delicate Arabica to shine in this harsh climate.

The highland colds won’t touch the tops of Bourbon, decorating the coffee with a lush moisture, full taste bouquet and hints of red wine – just like a highland coffee should be.

Finca La Esperanza

In 1956 Mr. Aurelio Lopez bought Finca La Esperanza, coffee farm in Huehuetenango region. At first all the coffee transportation was done on foot, walking a distances of 60 kilometers. But his love for coffee and a hope for a better life were strong enough to keep up the hard work. His passion for coffee shows itself in the cup where notes of berries and a fruity sweetness come out. In the decaffeination process natural carbon dioxide is used to preserve the original aroma and taste components.
