That coffee came from El Salvador, grown by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.odysseycoffees.com\/\">Odyssey Coffee<\/a>. To mark the occasion, we hosted an exclusive rooftop event at Komeet. GESHA was served not in ordinary cups, but in champagne glasses \u2013 because that\u2019s the level of reverence it deserves. And alongside it, Nicolas Feuillatte Blanc de Noir champagne. Because GESHA isn\u2019t just a drink \u2013 it\u2019s a celebration.<\/p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What makes GESHA so special?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Originating from Ethiopia, GESHA is a rare varietal from the Typica coffee tree lineage. It\u2019s delicate and demanding \u2013 low-yielding, slow to grow, and requiring extreme care and precision. It\u2019s a risky choice for farmers, but when done right, it produces something truly magical.<\/p>\n\n<p>Often hailed as the best coffee in the world, GESHA\u2019s flavor profile is complex, floral, and frequently features tropical fruit notes.
