Every step ensures that the coffee retains its clean, complex flavour.

The farm is constantly innovating with eco-friendly practices — recycling water, using solar energy, and composting coffee pulp — to reduce waste and care for the environment.

Sierra de las Minas – A Rising Coffee Region

While Sierra de las Minas isn’t one of Guatemala’s oldest coffee regions, it’s quickly earned recognition for its unique microclimate and rich soil.
