      Preparing matcha<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Step 1: Boil fresh, preferably soft water. Let the water cool to about 80\u00b0C: open the kettle and wait around 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      2. \n

        Step 2: Put about 1 g of matcha (2 bamboo scoops or \u00bd teaspoon) into a matcha bowl. Pour in about 80 ml of water (80\u00b0C).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      3. \n

        Step 3: Whisk the tea with the matcha whisk in a zigzag motion for at least 15 seconds until it becomes frothy. Avoid touching the bottom of the bowl.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
