This coffee is grown in Huila, in the heart of one of the largest coffee-producing regions, at 1300-1700 meters above sea level. Coffee is grown by small farmers who are constantly training and educating themselves to improve the consistency of their coffee quality.
This work can be tasted very clearly in the purity of the coffee. The coffee itself consists of 100% Arabica beans and consists mainly of the Caturra variety, to which a little Catuai variety has been added, which gives the coffee a complex and clean taste. A wet process has been used to process the coffee beans, which gives the coffee drink a truly clean and complex mouthfeel.
