Special cleaner with active oxygen for espresso machines.
Instructions: Add 1/2 tsp (3 g) of cleaning powder into a portafilter with a blind filter and lock it into the group head. Run 5 backflush cycles (10 sec on/off). Clean the group head with a brush. Rinse the blind filter and repeat 5 cycles using water only. Insert a regular filter and run several test extractions. Discard the first coffee. Cleaning Filters & Portafilters: Soak for 10 minutes in 500 ml hot water with 2 tsp cleaning powder. Rinse thoroughly under hot running water.
