La Estrella farm covers 8 hectares, where 7 of them are dedicated to coffee cultivation. The farm is managed under a native agroforestry system where biodiversity protects water resources while enhancing the coffee’s flavor complexity. In 2020, La Estrella farm ranked among Colombia’s top 30 coffees, and in 2023, it won 2nd place in Copa de mi Nariño y Tierra de Diversidad competition. Carlos Estrella represents the 3rd generation of coffee growers in his family, preserving the identity and heritage of his family.
